Block 3 runs Feb. 13th – March 24th
Join us for another 6 week block of indoor training. Block 3 will include an increase in interval intensity while training our bodies to recover at a higher power zone level. Challenge yourself as we simulate outdoor riding scenarios!
New participants must get a lactate test performed before the first class in order to get your personalized power zones.
Returning participants should update their lactate test if power zones are feeling too easy or too hard.
