MW – 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Devon Alvarez)
TTH – 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM (Marlene Hatch)
TTH – 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Julie Testa)
TTH – 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Max Testa)
60 and 90 minute live streaming from our studio classes daily, Monday through Friday (with option to view the recording later).
Purchase the 6 week block and gain unlimited access to all training sessions live and on demand. Each day will focus on different training adaptations and each week will build in intensity.
Participants will need:
- A home trainer that measures power (available for rent)
- A computer or phone with a downloaded Mindbody app to receive the virtual links
- your personalized 5-zone power ranges retrieved from your lactate test. If you have an FTP value for training, contact MTT and we can estimate your 5 zones from that FTP number.
