Let’s train like we’ve never trained before!
As we dedicate ourselves to staying healthy and fit this winter season, MTT is excited to announce a new way to train at home with more training options every day of the week.
Sticking to the 6-week training blocks, MTT is offering a package of 60-minute live Zoom classes twice daily, Monday through Friday, with the option to view later if you can’t join us live. Each day will focus on different training adaptations and each week will build in intensity. Participants will need a home trainer that measures power, a computer or phone with the downloaded Zoom app and personalized 5-zone power ranges retrieved from your lactate test. If you have an FTP value for training, contact MTT and we can estimate your 5 zones from that FTP number.
