BLOCK 1 STARTS NOVEMBER 9TH
Max Testa’s Indoor Cycling program includes four 6 week blocks of training. Classes meet two/three times a week for 60 to 90 minutes. During each class, an instructor guides the participants through a Max Testa Training program based on 5 power zones. While training on personal bikes, which are hooked up to CompuTrainers, each athlete will refer to their individual power zone recommendations retrieved from their individual fitness profile.
A lactate test must be performed before the beginning of the first class in order to get the individual fitness profile.
